Well, this is strange to be writing a bio about myself and it’s even more strange that people want to read it.

Born in Taiwan and came to the UK when I was only 5 years old, I grew up with my grandparents who was an entrepreneur themselves by having their own restaurant in London. This was a sacred ground where all her children and grandchildren lived happily. Then unexpected circumstances happened that broke many hearts but in the midst of all these turmoils, my grandparents was still giving LOVE to everyone. That had a profound impact on me more than I realise because I have been following their example since I was young.

Fast forward 30 odd years, I now have 3 kids and a wife. How I manage that please don’t ask. My wife Katherine is a Chinese teacher with a passion to help mums to gain back their confidence. Zachary my eldest son is too clever for his own good. Zayne the middle child is an art and craft manic. That leaves Liliya queen of the house running riot with all her pink stuff. We all play a role in our lives but what’s most important is they are the ones that keep my feet firmly on the ground and enables me to grow and evolve as a human being.

When I help and give to people is when I am the most happiest. Whether it’s a small or large it doesn’t matter because I truly believe as long you give it will come back in many ways in different forms. Also, there are reasons why certain people appear in your life at certain times, whether they need help or they help you, we are all connected in certain ways.

Many people are increasingly looking for ways to achieve work and life balance, but what they don’t realise is they are actually integrated and morphed with each other. That alignment is within YOU! The ying and yang, conscious and sub-conscious, whatever it is it all starts within you.

Steve Jobs once said:

” The only way to do great work is love what you do “

Let’s go on this journey together and we will achieve great things.
